Warrensburg – Joanne Tekla Platt, 75, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018 at Glens Falls Hospital. Born in Albany she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Genevieve Rajczewski Domagalski. She was predeceased by her husband John J. Platt in 2004. A 1960 graduate of Cardinal McCloskey High School, Joanne worked for many years for Tri State Floors, Electroclean, and the medical record office at AMCH. She enjoyed bowling, crocheting, was an avid reader for many years, and was a great lover of dogs. She is the beloved sister of Denise Fitzgerald (Joe) and twins Genevieve “Ginny” Smith (Joe) and Angela “Angel” Ketonen (Joel); and aunt of many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her niece Laura and her husband Mike Butler for the care and attention they gave to Joanne for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Joanne’s family on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in the Lasak & Gigliotti Funeral Home, now located at 208 N. Allen Street, Albany. Funeral services Friday, June 29, 2018 at 10:30 am in the Lasak & Gigliotti Funeral Home. The Rite of Interment will immediately follow the service at Elmwood Cemetery, Selkirk.
